Andy’s love for the outdoors was forged at a young age in the woods of the Appalachian trail. the rain and snow and foul weather were simply minor obstacles in his pursuit of adventure. While working towards his Eagle Scout award in Boy Scout troop 99, Andy constantly discovered new ways to enjoy the outdoors whether it was on a river in Maine or the back country in Yellowstone. Backpacking and climbing are among Andy’s favorite activities. Backpacking thousands of miles while in Scouts made him an expert in the woods, catching the eye of a local outdoor retailer. Andy has worked and guided for Eastern Mountain Sports where he began to broaden his knowledge of the outdoor industry along with the ever changing world of gear. While working for EMS Andy fell in love again when he discovered the sport of slacklining, a hobby that has become his everyday obsession. After leaving EMS, Andy found himself working for another leader in the outdoor retail setting, REI (Recreational Equipment Inc.). Andy became a footwear expert for REI and enjoyed fitting customers for their perfect hiking shoes. Seeking to provide and unite all who have the desire to explore the great outdoors, the opportunity to do so. Andy is an expert in slacklining, climbing, and backpacking. He also enjoys kayaking, trail running, road biking, and sailing.

Patrick has been camping his whole life and he is always looking for an excuse to go hiking, climbing, slacklining, kayaking, etcetera. Becky’s love of the outdoors began at childhood, where she spent time playing in the forest near her family’s cabin in the Allegheny Mountains of Northwestern Pennsylvania. There, she found her playground in the rocks, sticks, leaves and mud surrounding the cabin. She backpacked for the first time as a young adult on the Appalachian Trail and fell in love with the challenge of carrying all essentials on her own, while experiencing scenery that can only be viewed by traveling on foot.
As an adult, her wanderlust compelled her to travel abroad to places like Northern India, Italy, Albania and Romania. An extended canoe trip in Canada’s Algonquin Provincial Park sparked her interest in kayaking and canoeing. On any given weekend, you could find her kayak camping along the Susquehanna river, trail running, backpacking or hiking. She enjoys visiting new places and is always planning her next adventure.
